Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Trainee to support our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team. This internship provides hands-on experience implementing SEA campaigns, analyzing and reporting performance data, and optimizing campaigns to improve online visibility and conversions.

* Campaign Setup: Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads); Support ad copy creation and testing
* Measurement, Testing, and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions); Help with A/B testing of ads and campaign strategies
* Research and Strategy: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search terms; Analyze competitors' keywords, ads, and landing pages
* Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with marketing teams to align Search Engine Advertising (SEA) with broader campaign goals
* Reporting and Visualization: Assist in campaign reporting and dashboards
* Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with SEA trends and best practices; Gain exposure to real-world digital marketing campaigns; Gain hands-on experience with Google and/or Microsoft Ads and analytics tools

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are curious and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while having a strong analytical mindset and keeping your work organized. Personally, you are a creative thinker, a good communicator, and have strong teamwork skills

* Education: Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) concepts
* Language Skills: Fluency in English
* A Plus for Us: Exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads; Basic SEA knowledge; Experience with data visualization tools; Google Ads certification (optional) Please apply with your CV in English so we can get to know you better.
