Tech is the engine behind ING's digital banking experience for millions of customers.
It brings together engineering, data, and platform capabilities to build and run the systems behind everything from daily banking journeys to advanced AI solutions.
Working end-to-end with business teams, Tech plays a key role in shaping how banking works today-and how it evolves tomorrow.

What you bring to the team
* Master studies or degree from top universities (Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance) with excellent study results.
* Maximum 2 working years' experience.
* English Proficiency.
* Leadership or volunteering activities.
* International experience is an advantage.
* Understanding & views on economic landscape & banking industry.
* Endless Curiosity: You ask questions, seek out answers, and dive deep to understand how things work.
* You think critically, connect the dots & bring practical thinking to the table.
* Growth mindset: You're not afraid to fail, seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
What we offer
* Global events. Access to yearly 2-3 weeks global events with other ING International Talent Programme talents from all around the world (you will mainly be in Bucharest in the first 18 months).
* Job rotations. Insights in various business units during the first 18 months and work abroad into one of our ING countries for 3 - 6 months (if circumstances allow).
* International onboarding. Following your local onboarding introduction, you will fly to our headquarters in Amsterdam for a two week-long international onboarding event (if circumstances allow).
* Trainings & learning experiences in different business lines to boost your knowledge and skill set.
* Mentoring. Experienced ING executives will support your personal and professional development through regular feedback and coaching.
* Specialized job. After 18 months of job rotations, you will start in your first dedicated assignment in Tech.
