About this position

What you´ll do

* Provide end-user support for PCs and mobile devices.
* Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
* Perform installation, configuration, and setup of PCs and mobile devices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
* Develop and maintain user manuals and technical guides.
* Support Microsoft 365 applications including O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing systems.
* Conduct basic Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting.
* Update and maintain network inventory documentation and network diagrams.
* Support System Engineers on network and data center-related topics.
* Ensure compliance with Henkel's internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
* 0-1 year of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
* Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic IT environment.
