Content Creation & Social Media Intern (CCCD)

Job Description:

Content Creation & Social Media
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for upcoming events and milestones.
- Support ongoing social media series across but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Assist with analysis of social media performance using analytics tools; propose strategies for organic growth
- Suggest new content formats and engagement strategies for emerging platforms (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, etc)

Media Production
- Assist in producing multimedia content (video, audio, graphics) from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate and support media production projects, ensuring timely execution.

Corporate Storytelling
- Research and develop story ideas with brand strategy and industry trends.
- Write and edit content for internal and external platforms, including website, magazines, and social media.

Additional Responsibilities
- Support company events and milestone celebrations.
- Assist with website content updates and brand refresh initiatives.
- Facilitate port filming and media visits when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (part-time options may be considered).
- Proficient in video filming and editing.
- Skilled in content creation and design of marketing collaterals.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
