Talent Acquisition Intern, Engineering & Product People Team (Fall 2026/Spring 2027)

Job Description:

* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organisation
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
* Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate and organised candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Assist with various HR and administrative tasks and projects

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organised
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
