Merchandising Intern [1 April to 31 July 2026]

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to support our Merchandising team in driving product strategy, assortment planning, and execution across channels. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the merchandising lifecycle-from product planning and data analysis to in-season execution and post-season review-while working closely with cross-functional partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in building a career in retail, fashion, consumer products, or merchandising.

Interested candidate must be able to commit from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2026, extendable.

* Responsible for Weekly Data Analysis to Support Business Growth with the Inventory necessary for achievement.
* Responsible of the Allocation of Products from local warehouse to stores, Store- to- store Intercompany Transfers, and Consolidation based on the assortment guidelines received by Buyers.
* Supports Buyers during buying campaign on order by store and quantity following company guidelines.
* Supports Buyers in market research and seasonal report on competitive information, market trend and pricing strategy.
* Support Buyers in Seasonal Product Training
* Support on store events

Requirement
* Able to commit from 1 April 2026 to 31 July 2026 - Extendable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
