Travel Retail Finance Intern (Jan - June 2026)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Intern - Travel Retail Finance role, based in Singapore, is supporting Travel Retail APAC Business Control Team on financial reporting needs while being involved in ad-hoc analysis and transversal projects.
The Finance Intern will be entirely contributing to Travel Retail Finance functions success whose main missions are summarized below,
* Commentator: ability to explain the numbers, tell the business story in numbers, variance analysis, management report
* Business Partner: focus on value creation, act as business advisor and integrator, provide insight, challenge decision making process
* Scorekeeper: focus on book keeping, reconciliation, P&L management
* Custodian: focus on governance and compliance, custodian of value protection, conscience of the business
Monthly Sales Reporting and Analysis
* FX Reporting and trend analysis
* SOSI (Sell Out - Sell In) Sales reports and analysis
* Net Invoicing Group Reporting
* Forecast File update
* Monthly Market Trends update
* S&OP (Sales and Operations) meeting preparation
Budget and Re-estimate
* Participate in commercial budget and re-estimate reviews
* Convert financial data into intelligible PowerPoint illustration for general public
* Help feeding top management with Ad Hoc analysis, contributing to the story-telling
Day-to-Day
* Implement and extract prices from M3 for actual billing purpose
* Develop SOSI ownership (updates, maintain and improve)
* Maintain systems and sales files related (M3 and Excel files)
* Maintain Customer Database
* Improve and document processes continuously
* Be alert on market trends, macro- and micro-economics, geopolitics, news, etc., and share knowledge with the greater TR APAC team
Ad-hoc Project Management
* Itemized Sales Report Excellence
* Any ad-hoc projects relevant to the business
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Intern - Travel Retail Finance

* Able to commit to full-time internship for a duration of 6 months (Jan - June 2026)
* Proficient in Micorsoft Excel & Powerpoint
* Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

* High degree of responsibility, integrity and attentive to details
