Job Description:
As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will support the team in executing recruitment strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the TA mentor to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs to drive recruitment efforts and initiatives effectively.
* Execute on tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to find, engage and activate active and passive candidates.
* Learn and work within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to support our recruitment and employment process.
* Support the team on ad-hoc strategic projects focused on process improvements and exciting employer branding initiatives.
* Support other ad-hoc projects where relevant.
* Take ownership of HR engagement activities and projects.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Interest in HR and talent acquisition
