About the opportunity
This role is a 6-month full-time internship based in Singapore and will report to the Regional Growth Strategy team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of our customer base across 17 markets in APAC, Europe and Turkey through data-driven decisions and implementing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
* Support managing the performance of core KPIs, including customer acquisitions and monthly active user growth for your portfolio of countries.
* Produce actionable insights that guide marketing teams toward opportunities for growth.
* Support budget management to ensure balance between growth and profitability.
* Partner local market teams to implement priorities and ensure budget alignment.
* Collaborate with other regional teams (e.g. product, data) to support growth initiatives.
* Support the development of performance reports for senior management.

What you need to be successful

* Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in business, economics or any related field.
* Prior internship experience in a tech company is valued.
* Analytical and structured thinking, with an interest in on-demand business.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, and work independently within deadlines.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL will be advantageous
