Intern - Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (Operational Transfer Process)

Job Description:

Responsible to support operational transfer process execution from the initiation to the implementation and needs to ensure Tactical Buyer (TB) /Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC), Logistics Supplier Manager/Account Lead (LSM/AL) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) take the right actions on time.
* Responsible for supporting the involved operational stakeholders (TB and OSC) to ensure operational transfer flow adherence.
* Responsible for reporting out towards the Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations on the status of each transfer.
* Responsible execute operational process as efficient as possible.
* Request for golden sample shipment, make an overview for steerco approval, makes sure all Operations Transport Coordinator owned fields in the Masterfile are maintained and will arrange for closure actions.
* All supplier communication will go via the OSC, LSM, TB and AL; has a supporting role. In case of urgent transfer, can also be involved in the supplier communication.
* Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs and other support activities as required

Education:
* Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain/ Logistics/Engineering or equivalent

* Internship duration will be 3-6 months
