Job Description:
* Support cost intelligence work across automation categories, including component cost analysis and spend tracking to identify cost reduction opportunities
* Analyse procurement and usage data across markets and sites to surface patterns that inform sourcing decisions
* Build and improve procurement workflows through AI-assisted automation and internal process documentation
* Support vendor pool expansion through market research and due diligence
* Provide day-to-day procurement support to the regional automation team across ongoing projects
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* Comfortable working with data; solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
* Strong process mindset - able to spot inefficiencies in how work is done and turn them into clear, repeatable workflows
* Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to structure messy information
* Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation is a plus
* Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a remote, multi-market environment
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
