Job Description:
* Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
* Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
* Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
* Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
* Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
* Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
* Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
