Introduction

You will be a member of the Financial Management team to roll out digital solutions such as RPA, SaaS solutions, analytics and visualization dashboards, and to drive system adoption.

Responsibilities

* Automate high volume work and time consuming processes using UIPath, macros, etc.
* Develop and build analytical and operational or exception dashboards for better analytics and insights
* Prepare video user guides and job aids for Finance-related or other tasks

The incumbent will be able to gain the following competencies:
* Working knowledge of a SaaS Workday Financial Management system
* Experience of working in Agile delivery
* Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA)
* Gain knowledge in driving process alignment, elicit user requirements and process documentation.

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
* Strong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
* Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
* Good analytical skills, detail oriented and experience in working with extensive datasets
* Good communication skills
* Strong co-ordination and organisation skills.

* A self-starter with ability to multi-task, and has the interest and willingness to learn.
* Diligent and take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
