Tech Traineeship, Transformation Office [GRIT@Gov]

Job Description:

[What the role is]The Tech traineeship position within the Transformation Office, focuses on digital transformation initiatives that modernise sports and recreation services. The trainee will develop competencies in project coordination, research and analysis, technology evaluation, and change management whilst gaining hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

[What you will be working on]
* Augment the current team to drive ActiveSG's digital transformation initiatives
* Provide research and technical support for discovery and proof-of-concept phases before scaling solutions
* Bring fresh perspectives to enhance existing systems, processes, and structures whilst developing innovative solutions
* Conduct analysis of current workflows and technologies to identify improvement opportunities
* Prepare project documentation and assist with change management activities

[What we are looking for]
* Relevant degree qualification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in digital transformation
* Good communication abilities and collaborative teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of project management principles and common software applications
* Prior experience in technology implementation, data analysis, or process improvement is valued
