Client Development Intern, South Asia

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to join our Regional Client Development team in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data-driven insights and luxury customer experiences you will provide essential support for our luxury CRM campaigns and orchestrating seamless client journeys. You will also assist with client data management and reporting, helping us translate numbers into actionable insights for the team. This is a unique opportunity to learn about balancing sophisticated data analytics with high-touch client journey that defines luxury.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Digital Media. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a mandatory requirement. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or PowerBI is a significant advantage. High attention to detail, including content accuracy and data hygiene. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse regional stakeholders. Interest in the luxury industry and a desire to understand how data-driven insights enhance the client journey.
