About Lark Marketing APAC Team Join our dynamic Lark Marketing APAC team, a pivotal part of the Lark Go-to-Market (GTM) crew! Position Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-obsessed content intern to join our regional marketing team, focused on customer advocacy and product storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Customer Success, Growth, and Presales. You will work with these teams to turn real customer outcomes and product capabilities into structured, credible narratives that support adoption, enablement, and commercial conversations. You'll extract insights from customers and product usage, then translate them into stories, case studies, and messaging that help teams understand value in a practical, grounded way. You'll also explore how AI can support synthesis, writing, and content structuring across multiple inputs. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Story Development (50%) - Work with Customer Success Managers and country marketing leads to identify strong customer use cases - Extract insights from interviews, notes, and usage data to build structured narratives - Write outcome-driven case studies and success stories - Document customer impact across industries and regions in a consistent format - Turn real-world usage into clear, reusable story assets for multiple teams 2. Product Messaging & Translation (30%) - Partner with Presales and Growth teams to translate product capabilities into clear messaging - Break down complex features into simple, user-centric explanations - Create product explainers and narrative assets for enablement and adoption - Ensure consistency between product positioning and customer-facing materials 3. Content Design & Enablement (20%) - Design decks and visual assets in Figma to support customer and product narratives (must-have) - Create simple GIFs or motion assets to explain workflows or product usage (bonus) - Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Runway) to support drafting and synthesis - Maintain and organize customer and product content libraries
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - Educational Background: Ideally pursuing a degree in Business or a related field. - Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma, and good at Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. - Video Editing Expertise: Experience with video production, editing, and animation is a strong plus. - Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. - Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative Thinker: Enthusiasm for bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
