Business Development Intern [Lifestyle - Travel, Dining & Services] (Fall 2026)

Job Description:

* Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives such as identifying and managing key merchants and deals to elevate campaign performance
* Support the end-to-end curation and execution of high-visibility campaigns and deals, backed by data insights and consumer behavior trends
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes, from merchant onboarding to commercialisation
* Work with stakeholders to optimise exposure strategies to maximise engagement and relevance for deals and campaigns
* Conduct competitor monitoring and research to better understand the competitor landscape of the various categories
* Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns and achieve sustainable growth
* Adopt a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
* Assist to develop innovative workflows and automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
* Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment
* Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
* Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
* Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local F&B Deal Vouchers scene is an advantage
