Job Description:

Your tasks and responsibilities

* Assist with daily contract management request i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases
* Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
* Review of customer queries relating to the customer contract and alignment with management on how to manage/proceed.
* Assistance with contract renewals, cancellations and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
* Day to day duties assigned in relation to the contract management.
Your qualifications and experience

* Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or equivalent
* Ability to analyse information critically and evaluate it correctly.
* Broad understanding of contract management.
* Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
* User experience of SAP System is a bonus.
* English (Full proficiency)
