This internship will take place in Barcelona in the team Global Culture, Engagement, Diversity and Wellbeing to support the team in day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:
* Support and animate the change management and communication phases of the Culture project, including internal campaigns and local HR community engagement worldwide.
* Contribute to the Culture & Engagement roadmap and mission by bringing innovative ideas and supporting transformation projects.
* Manage and update the Culture dashboard to monitor the Culture Change management plan's progress and effectiveness.
* Participate in organizing internal actions and events related to Culture & Engagement, Diversity and Wellbeing to foster inclusion and alignment.
* Support the implementation and project management of an employee listening program.
* Analyze employee insights and consolidate reports, leveraging new digital tools to automate and enhance analysis.

* You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* Adaptability and agility to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment
* Proactive, creative, curious and continuous learning mindset
* Ability to explore answers on your own and to constantly connect the dots
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to understand multicultural contexts
* Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
