Your Day-to-Day
* Assist in reconciling the PMS (Property Management System) daily city ledger, guest ledger, and advance deposit ledger to ensure they align with the monthly closing balances and current month changes.
* Support the preparation of the daily revenue journal, ensuring proper classification of revenues under the correct general ledger codes.
* Update the cashier contract list and assist with month-end reconciliation of cash accounts.
* Verify credit card transactions against daily business reports and help prepare credit card and bank reconciliation statements.
