Finance Trainee

Job Description:

As a Finance Trainee, you will contribute to the accurate and timely financial recording and reporting, ensuring data integrity to support informed decision-making and optimize financial processes.
Required Knowledge and Experience College degree required. Major in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics Languages: English. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, … Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. Skills and Behavioural competencies Communications skills: Utilising interpersonal styles and methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical skills Creativity and dynamism: think ahead and propose feasible projects Planning and Organising: Establishing a course of action for self to accomplish a specific goal or target. Tolerance for Stress: Stability of performance under pressure and opposition. Ability to work under rigid timelines. Ability to multitask and show flexibility due to change in business demands
