Logistics Intern

Are you studying Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and have a strong interest in Supply Chain & Logistics? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and start building your career in an international environment.

📍 Location: Alcobendas (Madrid)
🕒 Duration: 6 months

✨ What you'll be involved in
* Scheduling appointments with freight carriers and customer warehouses
* Processing and verifying shipping documentation
* Maintaining inbound and outbound shipment records
* Supporting daily warehouse activities and inventory stocktakes
* Coordinating with other departments (sales, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics operations

🎓 What we're looking for
* Degree or ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
* Strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics
* English level B2 or C1
* Good command of Microsoft Excel
* Willingness to learn ERP / WMS systems
* Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude
* No previous experience required
