Ecolab is seeking an Logistics Project Manager Trainee to join our European International Logistics Team.

What You Will Do
* Working on the implementation of an EU logistics transformational project, improving the freight audit process across regions and vendors.
* Ensuring proactive communication with the Project Team to ensuring prioritization and alignment
* Foster proactive communication with internal teams to ensure project progress and timely issue resolution.
* Building and sustaining strong relationships with vendors involved in operational and compliance requirements
* Maintain end-to-end process integrity, visibility, accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution with proper prioritization and alignment to project expectations
* Ensuring full traceability and thorough follow-up of critical topics, including documentation, delivery execution, and exception handling,
* Collaborating closely with the European Logistics teams to capture all relevant operational scenarios.
* Applying TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives to implement corrective and optimization actions.
* Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while supporting internal stakeholders and contributing to overall project success.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or related fields.
* SAP experience.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Basic proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong and assertive communication skills.
* No visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in international Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or similar.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Access.
* Experience developing end-to-end processes (process descriptions, flows, RACI).
* Previous project management experience.
* Exposure to TPM or Lean methodologies.
