About the role
We are looking for an Operations Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in People Operations (HR) while being exposed to how a business expands physically.
This internship is designed as a learning experience, ideal for students who want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international environment and be part of building something from the ground up.
What you'll learn & Support
People Operations (HR exposure)
* Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires
* Assist with employee documentation (contracts, amendments) and payroll checks
* Maintain and update data across HR and finance systems
* Act as a support point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders
Operations & Expansion exposure
* Support the team in the process of opening new study centers
* Assist in coordinating facilities, vendors, and basic operational needs
* Help ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
* Contribute to ongoing projects related to study center development
Cross-functional collaboration
* Work closely with People Operations (HR) and RevOps / Expansion teams
* Learn how operational and people-related decisions support business growth
Who this internship is for
* Students currently enrolled in Business Administration (ADE), Psychology, HR, or related fields
* Looking to build a career in People Operations / HR, with exposure to business operations
* Able to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution
What we're looking for
* Initial experience (internships or part-time roles) in People Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative environments
* Exposure to logistics, coordination, vendors, or facilities is a plus
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
* Stakeholder mindset: curiosity and interest in understanding business needs and collaborating with different teams
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Languages:
* Fluent English required
* Native Italian required
