Your Main Responsibilities

🎯 Business Development & Prospecting
* Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
* Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
* Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.
📞 Client Engagement & Follow-Up
* Schedule and lead discovery meetings.
* Understand prospects' needs and challenges.
* Demonstrate the added value of our services.
🤝 Collaboration & Opportunity Handoff
* Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch.
* Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs.

Candidate Requirements:

Your Profile

👤 Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus.
* At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
* Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
