Merchandising Intern

Job Description:

About the Team
You will join a collaborative Global Merchandising team and gain first-hand experience of how product assortments and collection plans are built for an international fashion brand. Working closely with Merchandising, Product, and Design teams, you will gain valuable insight into the end-to-end collection development process and how cross-functional teams work together to bring seasonal collections to market.
As an intern, you will provide valuable support with coordination and administrative tasks while contributing fresh perspectives, new ideas, and current academic knowledge. In return, the team will offer guidance, mentorship, and exposure to a dynamic global business environment, making this an excellent opportunity to develop both professionally and personally.

Who you are
  You are a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions independently. You have a naturally analytical way of thinking and are comfortable working with data to identify patterns, draw insights, and support decision-making.
You thrive in a structured environment and have a strong ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail, even when working with large amounts of data. You are confident using Excel and enjoy working with spreadsheets to create order, accuracy, and clarity.
As a collaborative team player, you enjoy working closely with others while also taking ownership of your own responsibilities and delivering high-quality results. You have a genuine interest in fashion, retail, and consumer behavior, and you are curious about what drives customer preferences and trends. Experience from a retail or customer-facing environment is a plus, as it provides valuable insight into the end consumer.
Finally, you communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable working in an international environment
