Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to
dive into the world of e-commerce, electronic data exchange (EDI), supply chain and partner management, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the success of our Nordic partner e-store and e-order platform. As a Student Worker in e-Commerce, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations and fostering customer satisfaction.

Your tasks
* Manage the partner onboarding to e-store (SAP e-commerce platform HYBRIS)
* Conducting tests to validate platform functionality and troubleshoot issues
* Day-to-day management of our Nordic partner e-store (e.g. customer inquiries, trouble shooting, link to supply chain & order management)
* Activating products in e-store and setting up bundle configurations
* Support in onboarding Nordic regions/hospitals to e-ordering platform
* Participate in customer onboarding test & troubleshoot issues
* Data management & analytics (prepare customer master data, product & price catalogues)

You're the right fit if you
* study in bachelor's or master's degree (preferred in the area of Engineering or Business).
* have excellent English skills.
* possess strong organizational and communication skills.
* enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
* have a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
* are available for at least 12 months and can do most of your work on site in Lund or Copenhagen.
