How you'll make an impact
* Design tools improving safety and assembly quality
* Define tools enhancing safety and ergonomics
* Analyze and document manufacturing and operational processes
* Conduct feasibility studies for process modifications
* Support implementation of optimization solutions
* Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
* Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results

Your background
* Engineering student or advanced technician specializing in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering
* Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo or AutoCAD
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus
* Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory. A good level of technical English is desirable
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and autonomy
* Effective team communicator who works proactively, shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
