Internship -Thermal & Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

The thermal and Mechanical Simulation Engineering team will dedicate their expertise and resources to mentor and train the student trainee in the areas of thermal and mechanical simulations, as well as provide guidance and advisement on the development of the Neural Network model.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Conduct thermal resistance simulations and mechanical characteristic analyses to gain a comprehensive understanding of package characteristics
* Integrate input and output data to develop a Neural Network model using MATLAB for mathematical modeling
* Create a user-friendly interface with Visual Basic with data output
* Understand fundamental design and construction of semiconductor packages, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and thermal/mechanical package characteristics

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently studying in Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines
* Experience with SolidWorks 3D model
* Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
* Proficiency in MATLAB coding
* Programming experience with Visual Basic,C#
