Job Description

* Assist in welcoming guests and providing information about spa and fitness services.
* Support daily operations of the spa and fitness center, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
* Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities according to brand standards.
* Assist spa therapists and fitness trainers with guest needs under supervision.
* Handle guest bookings, scheduling, and confirmations when required.
* Replenish towels, water, and guest supplies in spa and fitness areas.
* Learn and apply knowledge of spa etiquette, wellness standards, and guest service protocols.
* Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues in spa and fitness facilities.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless luxury guest experiences.
* Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, or related field
* Strong interest in fitness, spa, and guest wellness services
* Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of fitness, wellness, or spa practices is an advantage
