A Day in the Life
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will be immersed in the heart of L'Oréal Thailand's Operations team. Your mission is to provide high-level analytical support to the Demand and Supply Planning teams, using your skills to transform valuable data into actionable business insights.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: You will support the monthly demand and supply cycle by tracking key performance indicators like Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory levels.
* Smart Automation: You'll have the chance to identify manual bottlenecks and propose smart, Excel-based solutions (like Macros, Power Query, and Power BI) to automate reporting.
* Business Intelligence: By analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and stock data, you will highlight potential risks and opportunities to help secure our supply chain.
* Operational Support: You will assist with key projects such as portfolio cleanup (Catalog Rationalization) and support the procurement cycle.

Who Are We Looking For
We're looking for an analytical and proactive individual who is ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate has:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into compelling stories.
* A "New Eyes / New Ideas" mindset, eager to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Proficiency in Excel-based automation tools (Power Query, Power BI, Pivot Tables).
Excellent communication skills to present your findings and proposals effectively.
