Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:
* Supporting the project team in daily operations and reporting
* Assisting project processes from project offering to serial production launch (quoting, scheduling, on-site commissioning and final agreement with the customer)
* Working with different departments and plants and supporting customer communication
* Contributing new ideas to improve project management processes
* Supporting the coordination of project teams according to project timelines
* Assisting with task assignments and alignment with team members
* Coordinating internal and external resources to meet customer requirements
* Supporting the tracking of actions during the commissioning phase of projects

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students or postgraduate students in Mechanical Engineering
* Very good command of English (German is an asset)
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive team player
