In this role, you'll have a chance to:
* Organize and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely collection of required paperwork.
* Learn and apply company policies to support compliance and operational efficiency.
* Work with the HRIS system to maintain and update employee data effectively.
* Coordinate and organize training sessions, contributing to employee development initiatives.
* Participate in reporting processes, assisting with data collection and preparation of reports.

About the ideal candidate:
* Currently working towards a bachelor's degree and in their 3rd or 4th year of study.
* Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
* Open to learning, personal and professional growth.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with HR processes and systems (experience with HRIS is a plus).
* A team member who thrives in an inclusive, welcoming and multicultural environment.
