*This position is a 1 year, 30+ hours per week, Internship opportunity*

What You Will Do
* Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, gathering data and contributing to projections
* Participate in account reconciliation and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Assist in cost analysis and tracking, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures
* Support internal and external audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and information
* Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights
* Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by senior finance staff
* Learn and apply company-specific financial software and systems
* Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards

What You Should Have
* Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Prior internship/co-op experience with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
* Have experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, gathering data, and contributing to projections
* Have experience with account reconciliation and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Prior internship / co-op experience assisting in cost analysis and tracking, plus identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
* Experience with Google applications and financial software and systems
