Join our Haleon team, a global leader in consumer health, as an Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Industrial Placement Student.
Are you a second-year university student looking to kick-start your career in Environment, Health, and Safety? This is your opportunity to join our EHS Corporate team, located in London, for a 12-month placement, starting in July 2026.
You'll have the chance to work directly with, and learn from, an experienced team who will support your development and help you reach your full potential.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to important EHS global projects, including:
* Office Ergonomics Program: Contribute to our company-wide office ergonomics program, spanning across 46 commercial markets, 26 manufacturing, and research & development sites.
* EHS Awards Management: Take the lead as project manager for our annual EHS Awards process, coordinating and communicating with teams around the world.
* Digital EHS Tools & Data Analysis: Provide technical support for our EHS One platform and help create Power BI dashboards to turn data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
* Sustainability Data Verification: Assist in verifying sustainability performance data from our manufacturing sites to support our public environmental commitments.
* Strategic Project Management: Lead various strategic initiatives by working with stakeholders to develop plans, track progress, and ensure timely updates.

Education Requirements:
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and is in their second year of study in England or third year in Scotland, seeking a year in industry placement. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
Role Start Date: July 2026

Application Process:

* Application - information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
* HireVue Online Assessment - you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
* HireVue One-Way Video Interview - if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
* Interview - if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
* Offer - candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
Interviews will be held in January / February 2026
