Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Test and Validate: Execute testing and validation protocols for MOSFETs in motor drives, AI servers, and backup power applications
* Experiment Setup: Configure lab equipment and run experiments to assess semiconductor device performance under various conditions
* Data Analysis: Process and interpret test results to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues arising during testing and validation processes
* Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including application, design, and product engineering, to ensure project success
* Document Findings: Prepare technical reports, maintain documentation of procedures, and present results to stakeholders
* Create Test Plans: Develop detailed plans for evaluation of device performance aligned with design specifications

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Actively pursuing a Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
* Motor Drive Understanding: Basic knowledge of motor control systems and power semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs and diodes
* Lab Experience: Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads for hands-on device evaluation
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving test-related issues
* Technical Tools: Proficiency in data analysis software (MATLAB, Python) and familiarity with technical documentation practices
* Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for explaining testing results and procedures
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $35.50 per hour
Maximum of $40.00 per hour

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
