Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program specializing in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Product Management, Systems Engineering or related field.
* Bachelor's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated interest in card, lend or membership focused products ( i..e. travel, dining, etc.).
* Possesses a growth mindset, aims to think beyond the obvious, solve problems and deliver solutions.
* Ability to display empathy towards a diverse set of users, striving to walk in their shoes.
* Team player who is naturally curious about how things work, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity.
