2026 MOPAR (Technical) Summer Internship

Job Description:

INTERNSHIP FORMAT

This internship will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or the Centerline, Michigan complex, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

Mopar is a division of Stellantis that provides parts, vehicle service and customer care for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. It offers original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and accessories, as well as custom vehicle modifications. Mopar also operates over 1,750 Mopar Express Lanes, providing convenient and efficient vehicle service.

As a Mopar Technical Intern, you may have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas: Technical Service Operations, Parts Sales and Field Operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

* Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Majoring in Engineering (Software, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Technology), Programming, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field

* Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the Spring of 2026

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications

* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners

* Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

* Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations

* A self-starter with a driven-to-succeed personality

* Strong interest in the automotive industry

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong planning and organizational skills
