Description & Requirements

As an intern at Forvis Mazars, you will gain valuable experiences that will help guide what you want to work in after graduation. You will work on client engagements like those assigned to our entry-level associates, gaining exposure to a variety of industries, and testing out your technical know-how. You will work alongside our senior staff and management personnel, learning from their experience as you develop your skillset.

How you will contribute:

* Prepare tax returns involving complex issues and with a concentrated focus on corporate income tax compliance
* Prepare tax projections and other tax planning strategies
* Use research services to increase technical knowledge and provide valuable services to clients
* Participating in client meetings alongside Forvis Mazars partners and managers
* Delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients

Minimum Qualifications:

* Solid technical accounting knowledge
* Strong computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office suite
* Intern candidates must be working toward an accounting degree and CPA exam eligibility
