What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application:

This position is expected to start around May 2026 and continue through the Summer term (ending approximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

As a Sales and Delivery Operations Intern, you will dive into critical challenges across our Sales and Delivery organization, ensuring the field executes on standards by breaking down silos, working closely with cross-functional teams and providing field feedback to support partners.

You will be challenged to drive process improvements across all Sales and Delivery functions, translating learnings from one project to the next. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, while providing cost-effective, scalable solutions to issues affecting the sales and delivery operation. You will be measured on your ability to execute on key Sales and Delivery initiatives, including but not limited to pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance.

What You'll Do

* Coordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks appropriately
* Execute key sales and delivery initiatives, including pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance
* Consolidate feedback and provide updates to key stakeholders and the central support team
* Identify and communicate areas for continuous improvement in sales and delivery reporting and analytics
* Assist with new location openings by highlighting key needs and ensuring successful setup for sales and delivery operations
* Active listening and communication: summarize meetings, synthesize outcomes and distribute to teams, follow up with interfacing teams to ensure completion of previously agreed action items. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
* Develop and implement detailed and accurate reports for the business and management team, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives and to support business decisions
* Cross functional collaboration with HQ Teams, Field teams, and Business Partners. Liaise between the business, training, recruiting, Sales/Delivery, and Operations Program Teams to identify business needs and provide feedback, as needed
* Event planning for large team meetings and all-hands. Assist with set-up, logistics for summits, team events and calls
* Other responsibilities as required in support of the Tesla mission
