Operations 2026 Summer Intern

What you'll do:

Essential Functions:
The summer intern will support the department by assisting with tasks such as:
* Partnering with team members to develop solutions for process, product, or operational challenges.
* Supporting the planning, justification, and implementation of new concepts, equipment, tools, processes, or systems.
* Collaborating with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to apply continuous improvement and efficiency concepts.
* Researching and evaluating new technologies or process improvements and assessing their potential business impact.
* Supporting training and development activities-including gathering data, validating results, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
* Completing additional duties or project assignments as needed

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
* Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
* Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (Please do not round).
* Must be able to work in Arden, NC full-time for the duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior internship experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
