YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
As an intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service.
INTERNSHIP TITLE: Cartier Merchandising & Planning Supply Chain Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Supply Chain Intern will work within the Supply Chain Department for Cartier North America. This individual will assist the team in supporting the overall business.

The Supply Chain Department at Cartier is comprised of Merchandising & Planning teams that support the Jewelry, Watches and Accessories businesses. The Merchandising team is responsible for supporting the commercial network, including retail boutiques and e-commerce, with stock availability requests, stock transfers, and logistics follow-up. The Planning team is responsible for forecasting sales, monitoring retail boutique and e-commerce stock levels/assortments for in range and novelty products. The team enhances the supply chain services of the organization through strong partnership with International HQ counterparts and cross functional relationships with other departments including Marketing, Commercial, PR, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, and Boutique Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support Merchandising & Planning teams.
* Exposure to Merchandising operations, i.e. creating stock transfers and orders in SAP.
* Exposure to Planning functions, i.e. monitor stock levels for rebalance opportunities.
* Assist with end-of-life stock optimization.
* Coordinate cross functional projects- working with other departments.
* Assist with updating reports/Power BI dashboards etc. for Management.
* Supporting Commercial projects related to Supply Chain.
* Assist with administrative functions.
YOUR PROFILE
* Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree.
* Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including [List specific software/tools if applicable, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems].
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
* Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
* Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
* Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
