Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Project Manager Intern with a strong interest in Service Delivery to join our team. This intern will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT service projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:*Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.*Support service delivery initiatives, including incident management, change coordination, and performance reporting.*Collaborate with architects, engineers, and service managers to streamline delivery processes.*Participate in client meetings and contribute to service improvement plans.*Help track KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership reviews.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
*Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.*Strong interest in IT service delivery, project management, and client engagement.*Excellent organizational and communication skills.*Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or project management methodologies is a plus.*Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or ServiceNow is desirable.

Preferred technical and professional experience
*Exposure to cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).*Interest in SRE principles such as automation, observability, and fault tolerance.*Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).*Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts
