Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in full-time graduate degree program.
* Graduate degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
* 3 plus years of prior relevant full-time work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated interest in commercial payments, digital products, and product development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data and concepts into clear insights and recommendations.
* Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the evolving payments landscape and emerging technologies.
* Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues across different time zones, and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated resilience, proactive mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to enhance research, analysis, problem solving, and productivity.
