We are hiring a Product Security Standards Intern to join our Product Security team. In this role you will work on the PCSD Product Security team focusing on securing Lenovo PC products.. You will collaborate on migrating internal security standards to a new centralized location and modern format for easier access by development teams.

Responsibilities

* Inventory and catalog existing security standards from repositories like Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
* Migrate standards to a single central repository (e.g., updated Confluence space or dedicated SharePoint site) with consistent formatting, tagging, and searchability.
* Organize content for development teams, including creating indexes, quick-reference guides, and version control to ensure standards are discoverable and up-to-date.
* Assist in documenting processes for ongoing maintenance and updates to the central repository.

Requirements

* Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance, Information Security Policy, or any other related major.
* Interest in secure software development and product security practices.
* Hands on experience with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, or Git.
* Basic scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation.
* Familiarity with security standards (OWASP Top 10, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF 2.0), NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-218.
