JOB DESCRIPTION

* Welcome guests with a pleasing smile
* Receive and take care of special guests
* Give the required information about different areas of our hotel to the guests
* Promote the services provided by our hotel
* Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
* Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Education: Student majoring in Hospitality Management or Equivalent
* Language: English / Vietnamese, written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
* Computer: Microsoft Office
