The Strategy team within TikTok Shop's VN IMC team serves as the core analytical engine driving commercial excellence for the Vietnam market. We specialize in orchestrating large-scale campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) through rigorous budget planning, target management, and data-driven subsidy strategies. Our work centers on optimizing ROI through continuous A/B testing, performance measurement, and in-depth causal analysis. By fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and analytics teams, we translate insights into actionable plans, ensuring efficient execution and sustainable business growth for our integrated marketing initiatives in Vietnam. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Data & Analysis Support: Assist in daily performance monitoring of key campaigns. Support data consolidation, basic visualization, and preliminary ROI/subsidy effectiveness tracking for strategists. - Testing & Research Support: Participate in A/B test coordination, including data collection and basic results compilation. Conduct foundational research on competitor activities and market trends. - Operational & Communication Support: Aid in preparing strategy presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Facilitate basic information sharing and document circulation with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Analytics). - Documentation & Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain team archives of project documents, test reports, and historical data to support knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields - Experience in marketing, e-commerce, business analysis, or related fields. - Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualization) - Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth campaign operations. - Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in Vietnam. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships. - Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed logic thinking is a big plus. - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
