About the team Our team is responsible for driving the overall growth, competitiveness, and health of the Beauty & Personal Care category on TikTok Shop. This includes managing the entire category ecosystem-from managing seller and assortment strategy to stock, content supply, campaigns participation, and competitive positioning. About this role This role will support the Beauty & Personal Care Category team by taking ownership of several operational and analytical workstreams that, while smaller in scope, contribute meaningfully to the category's overall performance and business objectives. Responsibilities 1. Support Day-to-Day AM Operations - Assist Account Managers with recurring operational work across BPC categories - Coordinate with leads and cross-functional teams 2. Competitor Monitoring - Daily/weekly Shopee competitor tracking - platform activations, seller activity, campaigns - Compile screenshots, update trackers, and share findings in subcategory huddles 3. Campaign Reminders & Follow-Up - Send daily campaign reminders to merchants about latest programs and registration deadlines - Support campaign communication and announcements 4. Tracker Maintenance - Update BPC category and performance trackers - Support AM OKR tracking and category 5. Adhoc Category Project - Support tracking & monitoring - Establish GTM for new policy/projects
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications - Active undergraduate student (any major) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously - Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets / Excel) for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis - Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Ability to work independently and follow structured operational processes - Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume operational work Preferred Qualifications - Background or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing - Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms - Experience with data reporting or dashboard tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, or similar) - Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers or project management tools - Proactive communicator with a structured approach to follow-up and escalation - Interest in beauty, personal care, or FMCG categories is a plus If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
