Our team plays an integral role in building TikTok LIVE's reputation, and forms an essential part of a connected and growing team in a global function. We are looking for talented individuals to join us at TikTok US for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. About This Role You will dive deep to develop and distribute our creators' success stories on owned channels, and be our program coordinator for content collaborations with strategic external partners (including driving approval workflows). You will also support the development of project reviews, and the documentation of program recaps. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Build plans that promote the positive impact of TikTok LIVE by highlighting core social and economic impact narratives. - Identify brand-positive creators across priority themes and in support of seasonal tentpole moments, conduct research/interviews, and amplify their journeys on the platform. - Work with internal stakeholders across US LIVE Growth Operations, Marketing and Press Relations to drive plans for external visibility. - Support the broader Brand Operations team in designing and configuring in-app campaigns, specifically those involving educational content. - Document product and creator success stories, and promote them and key learnings to internal audiences through case studies

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Current students pursuing a major in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related fields. - Understanding of media and entertainment, cultural movements, and market trends. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling. - Detail-oriented, and comfortable around numbers. - Able to commit to at least a 4-month long internship period. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with social media content (preferably livestreaming). - Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
