As a Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As a Specialist, you will leverage your specialized technical knowledge to conduct in-depth analyses and support specific projects, consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards
- Analyzing financial statements to provide insights and recommendations
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance
- Maintaining general ledger accounts and performing reconciliations
- Applying accounting policies and practices to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborating with teams to address financial reporting challenges
- Utilizing financial accounting skills to manage risk and improve outcomes
- Engaging in continuous learning to apply professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
- Utilizing advanced skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
- Applying specialized knowledge in General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
- Excelling in presenting financial reports to diverse stakeholders
- Supporting projects with expertise in Accounting Advisory and Financial Policy
